Carl Price

Carl Price worked on an Oil rig, the Albatross Alpha. He was one of the remaining people alive on the platform when the Sixth Doctor and Melanie Bush arrived. He was concerned with health and safety and sticking to the rules. He later helped Hebe Harrison from the broken lift she was stuck in. He went missing after rescuing her wheechair.
