The Cathedral of Contemplation was the only cathedral to exist outside of spacetime. It was maintained by the Abbess, whose extermination by the Daleks caused it to lose integrity. Due to the efforts of the Tenth and Fourth Doctors, the Dalek Supreme was trapped inside, when it ultimately collapsed. (AUDIO: Out of Time)
