Evans (Caerdroia)

Evans was a clerk in the administration buildings on Caerdroia. He worked on reception. There was another version who worked in visitations. He couldn't allow the Eighth Doctor to borrow his pencil. He told the Doctor about the other departments he would have to visit to get one. He was a construct made by the Kro'ka. (AUDIO: Caerdroia)
