The Spy Master identified the Timeless Child, who had been adopted by the first Tecteun, as a foundling. As the second Tecteun had the child's ability to regenerate gene spliced into the Time Lords, the Master observed that "the foundling had become the founder". McCall asked Ruby midway through if it was a term that she was okay with, acknowledging that some people found it to be "old-fashioned".
