Gordy Scraton was a West End gangster.
When his brother Albert died from a heart attack, Gordy took control of the Scraton gang. His other brother Carl, in actuality a Toy transformed into a loyal brother by Gordy's need, was the gang's enforcer.
Gordy was helping Moriah by killing renegade Toys in return for the promise of control of London's criminal network. Eventually the black cab Moriah was using to gather genetic material to create the Toys engulfed and killed Gordy. (PROSE: Bad Therapy)
