Head chef

The head chef of Satellite Five was an elderly man. He sold food such as Kronkburgers at a stall in lunch-hour. One lunch hour in 200,000, he yelled at a young man whom he referred to as "mate" for cutting in line, and sold the Ninth Doctor some food before closing down. (TV: The Long Game)
