Jurassic Park, also known as Jurassic World, is an American science fiction multimedia franchise best known for its films.

The franchise primarily focuses on an attempt to open a theme park filled with cloned dinosaurs, only for disaster to strike. The franchise has had several different protagonists, including Owen Grady.

The series originated in the form of a novel by Michael Crichton in 1990, before later receiving some further novels, as well as a highly successful film adaptation in 1993. Further films in the series were created, some based on pre-existing books by Crichton as part of the larger franchise. Outside of books and films, some other adaptations into formats such as comic books, video games, toys, and even theme park rides have been created,

Jurassic World was one of the multiple franchises to be represented alongside the Doctor Who universe in the mass-crossover toys-to-life video game, LEGO Dimensions [+]Loading...["LEGO Dimensions (video game)"]. The Jurassic World content was present in the game from the start, along with Doctor Who.

The franchise's inclusion in the game allowed players to control the franchise's two playable characters - Owen Grady and ACU Trooper - and have them play through the A Dalektable Adventure and Dalek Extermination of Earth levels, and explore the Who-themed adventure world, as well as operate K9 and interact with the Doctor's TARDIS.

In turn, this allowed the player to explore the Jurassic World adventure world as the Doctor or the Cyberman, as well as using the related vehicles - the Velociraptor and the Gyrosphere - in any world.

One of the playable characters, ACU Trooper, has a unique voice clip when he is paired with Cyberman during gameplay: "You know, if you need a recharge, then my stun rod can put out 30,000 volts.". Conversely, when paired with the Velociraptor, Cyberman says "I will convert this into a Cybersaurus Rex.".

In promotional material for the game, the Jurassic World content was advertised in the trailers Endless Awesome [+]Loading...["Endless Awesome (webcast)"] and Doctor, Doctor, Doctor [+]Loading...["Doctor, Doctor, Doctor (webcast)"]. In the former, Owen Grady appears near the start of the trailer riding the Velociraptor and holding a stun gun. In the background throughout the rest of the trailer, he and the Velociraptor can be seen in various situations. First, Grady is shown having fallen off of the Velociraptor. Next, the velociraptor is shown sniffing and grabbing the Twelfth Doctor in its mouth, with him dropping his sonic screwdriver. Near the end of the animated portion of the trailer, Grady is shown riding the velociraptor again. In the gameplay footage shown, he also appears in front of Arkham Asylum, holding his rifle.

In Doctor, Doctor, Doctor [+]Loading...["Doctor, Doctor, Doctor (webcast)"], Owen Grady is shown as being present on the Brick Boulevard when the Twelfth Doctor, Peter Venkman, and Doc Brown crash their vehicles into each other.

Dinosaurs from Jurassic World also appear in The LEGO Batman Movie, along with the Daleks, in a series of crossover villains from the Phantom Zone.
