Kaixa was an Ice Lord from the planet Mars. He disapproved of Empress Iraxxa's direction with taking the Ice Warriors to Peladon peacefully. He used the Fourth Doctor's arrival with Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan as an opportunity to attack Iraxxa and blame them in order to take over Mars for himself.
The trio ended up teaming with Iraxxa and thwarting Kaixa's plans, with Harry knocking him out before they parted ways. (GAME: Lost in Time [+]Loading...["Lost in Time (video game)"])
