At the Montrose Hill State Penitentiary in Jacksonville, Oswald Danes was executed by lethal injection in 2011, because Danes' acts of paedophilia and murder took place within that state. The Governor of Kentucky was reluctantly forced to parole Danes out of fear of violating the Constitution of the United States when Danes was resurrected on "Miracle Day".
