La Stampa was an Italian newspaper that, on 15 March 1968, reported that a circular symbol with an "R" in it — the symbol of the Revolution Man — appeared on the floor of St Peter's Cathedral in Vatican City. According to their article on the matter, Pope Paul VI considered this "the most serious of crimes". (PROSE: Revolution Man)
