Paul VI was the Pope of the Catholic Church during the Revolution Man incident in 1968. According to a 15 March La Stampa article, when the Revolution Man's symbol appeared on the floor of St Peter's Cathedral, Paul considered it "the most serious of crimes." (PROSE: Revolution Man)
