Logan Jackson, an alias of Ryan Sinclair, was supposedly a journalist and photographer working for The Reformer.
According to his fictional biography, he covered events in the Middle East and Africa. He wrote about photography and its form in a weekly column for The Reformer and was also a general feature writer. He was named newcomer of the year in the Press Awards in 2017.
Ryan Sinclair assumed the identity of Jackson while investigating Daniel Barton with Yasmin Khan, who posed as Sofia Afzal. Ryan decided upon Logan as his spy name, but started panicking as he realised he "[looked] nothing like Hugh Jackman". Barton briefly scrolled past his social networking profile when investigating the authenticity of their false identities. (TV: Spyfall)
Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]
Although not explicitly stated, Logan and Ryan's reference to Hugh Jackman is a reference to the superhero Wolverine, who is also known as Logan. Jackman plays the character in Marvel's X-Men film franchise, including the 2017 film Logan.
