Parker (A Good Man Goes to War)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
You may wish to consult Parker for other, similarly-named pages.

Parker was the Victorian driver of Madame Vastra. He drove Vastra's carriage back from a venture in which Vastra had eaten Jack the Ripper. (TV: A Good Man Goes to War)

Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

Parker is a reference to Lady Penelope's chauffeur of the same name in the Thunderbirds series. Parker's only line of dialogue, "Yes, m'lady," is a reference to the original character's catchphrase, and is delivered in the same manner as voice actor David Graham.

Despite being established as being in Vastra's employ, Parker does not return in subsequent Paternoster Gang episodes, with his duties instead evidently being taken over by Strax.
