Possibility theory was a relative dimension which the Doctor explored using the Possibility Generator. In Auld Mortality's universe, the Doctor believed that Possibility was neglected by the Time Lords, (AUDIO: Auld Mortality) but in another universe a parallel First Doctor had a job at the Bureau of Possibility.
