The Professor, or Professor What, was an android who looked like the the Doctor and whose job it was to act as the lead character in movies about the time traveler known as "the Doctor", created by the Director. It was acting opposite Companion.

In the movie it was in at the time of the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones arriving, the android took the appearance of the Fourth Doctor, travelling with "Leela", they went to Skaro to attempt to thwart a Dalek's plans of conquest. (GAME: Professor What [+]Loading...["Professor What (episode)"])
Sometime later, on a different movie, when the Twelfth Doctor and Bill Potts arrived, the Professor had taken the appearance of the Tenth Doctor, with Companion taking the appearance of "Rose Tyler" during their hearfelt goodbye on "Bad Wolf Bay".
