Queen Victoria Hospital was a hospital in Cardiff. By the late 2000s, it was being shut down and its resources moved to St Helen's Hospital. The Spores used patients there to take the form of their deceased loved ones, putting them into comas before they died. Although Owen Harper stopped Amira Hussein, the patients were left in a vegetative state. (AUDIO: Iceberg)
In 2008, Andy Davidson drove Owen to the abandoned Queen Victoria Hospital so that Owen could perform an autopsy on a strange toy monkey. Since the shutdown of the hospital, Torchwood had moved in some alien technology and used it for their benefits. (AUDIO: The Three Monkeys)
