Reev was a scientist. He experimented on Lizzo and went after her when she escaped. He caught the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown in the medical facility. Miklev said that he had taken a special test, and had changed personalities after it. He later brought the Doctor to the Second Rani, and he knew that she was the Rani, not Professor Baxton. The Rani had implanted another mind in his body, a man called Carlos Milhaven, the owner of a multiplanet industrial conglomerate. (AUDIO: The Rani Elite)
