Rijzki

Colonel Rijzki was in charge of Prague in 2064 when it was surrounded by a containment field due to the war. He refused to believe the Eighth Doctor, who explained that there was no war at this time. However, when the Doctor took him in the TARDIS so he could see the exterior of the field, he believed the Doctor and shut down the field. (PROSE: War in a Time of Peace)
