SenéNet was a computer company on Earth. The name was an anagram of "Nestene" which was secretly in charge of the company. The company's headquarters were in Garrett Manor.
In 1989, the Doctor's friend, the Brigadier, went missing while investigating the company when they were about to release a new interactive games console at a very cheap price. The Nestene planned to distribute a special game console to set up a network of polymer cables to transfer its consciousness and influence into every home on the planet.
The company also acquired remnants of previous alien invasions including the remains of Bok and a Kraal android. (PROSE: Business Unusual)
