Sinatra

Sinatra was the President of an unspecified nation on Earth sometime in the 21st century.

During his re-election campaign, he ran against Harvey Dibble with the slogan "My way's the better way." El Ape called him an "icehole" and said that it would be a disaster if he got another term. The First Monk planned to rig the election to ensure that Sinatra didn't win, but the arrival of the Seventh Doctor prevented him from doing so. (COMIC: Follow That TARDIS!)

Behind the scenes

President Sinatra became a reoccurring character in The Sleeze Brothers series, where he was consistently referred to as "Sinartra" instead. His full name was given as Bing Frankie Crooner Sinartra, with his backstory being that he was the son of an embryo farmer who rose to fame through genetic experiments.
