Admitedly, recent Doctor Who news suggests that Jenny's return is unlikely. In her first and only appearance the age gap, though considerable, was still small between Moffett and Tennant. Now, however, when the Tenth Doctor regenerates into his Eleventh incarnation (played by Matt Smith) the age gap between "father and daughter" will be less than two years and it seems unlikely that the producers of Doctor Who would wish to offput the audience by attempting to forge a father-daughter relationship onscreen between two actors nearly matched in age. | |||
