:As is the case for all [[Tardis:In-universe perspective|in universe]] articles, we try to use definitions from the stories. The first paragraph in this article clearly states a definition given by the [[Tenth Doctor]], so that's what we use. The Raxas, Ice Warriors, Silurians etc have four limbs and a face, and therefore qualify by at least Ten's definition.
