:For the record, it is my understanding that we principally call Ace "[[Ace]]" because of [[T:NPOV]] issues. In production documents and [[Target novelisation]]s, she wasn't Dorothy McShane, she was Dorothy ''Gale''; "McShane" is a relatively late retcon. If we wanted to use her legal name we'd have to make an awkward choice between these two competing names. | |||
