Perhaps I'm misreading this part of the thread, but it seems to me that Czech is claiming that there are Rule '''''3''''' concerns in validating deleted scenes, not ''just'' Rule 4 concerns. (Obviously while this language was in its infancy.) So R4bp wouldn't move the needle one bit.
