::Well...because no one really thought to create one when this wiki was first started, and likely hasn't been of enough concern for anyone else to create one since. I don't have any issues with them created here. I've often erred on the side of wanting people to learn how to do stuff (with them making mistakes along the line as well), so it wasn't something that immediately occured to me.
