Starsuits were a technology of the 22nd century. Project Eden had a few dozen starsuits used for walking on the surfaces of Belial and Moloch and within the parts of the deadspaces that hadn't had oxygen generators set up yet. When Piper O'Rourke infected the neural net with a virus, it corrupted the starsuits' software, causing the deaths of Paula Engado and Sam Russell.
