In 2003, Steve Hanson saw the Ninth Doctor with a group of fanatics trying to save an old cinema in Salford, but to no avail, as it was pulled down.
In March 2005, Steve wrote about his encounter on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
