Steven Hudson was a reader of the website Doctor Who?.

In around 2003, Steven spotted the Ninth Doctor near a building development in Totter's Lane, East London, who he believed to drunk. Steven noticed that the Doctor was wearing a frock coat, repeatedly muttering that "they're all gone, I'm the only one left." He later wrote about the encounter on the conspiracy website Doctor Who? in 2005. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
