Sylvaniar was a planet visited by the Sixth Doctor, Peri Brown and Frobisher. They discovered Dr Sovak experimenting with some Cybermen which had crashed on the planet. Sovak accidentally overloaded his equipment, killing himself and the Cybermen. Before departing, Frobisher realised he had caught mono-morphia and was stuck in his penguin form.
