Talk:Radio Times

Discussion page

A work in progress[[edit source]]

Im currently developing this page which as it's length grows and it becomes more comprehensive will most likely be split down into the individual Doctors tenures. Please bear with me. The Librarian 23:01, May 16, 2010 (UTC)

Per your request at User talk:CzechOut#RE: Radio Times, I will of course step back to allow you to edit. I've also added Template:inuse, to make it clearer to others that you're actively editing this thing. I would only request the following of this article, at this juncture:
  1. Please observe Tardis:Manual of style#Headings (e.g., use "Sentence case" not "Title Case" in the section headers)
  2. Every instance of Radio Times needs to be italicized.
  3. Make sure there is either a clean RT logo (preferred) or a typical magazine cover to illustrate the topic at the top of the page.
  4. Try to limit, or entirely avoid, galleries. Galleries are terribly lazy and terribly ugly, especially within a proper, full article.
  5. I would disagree with your notion that the article needs to be split up. Instead, I believe the information needs to be made much more succinct. This article could greatly benefit from a simple table to describe what was included in each DW-relevant issue. CzechOut | 22:41, May 31, 2010 (UTC)

Clean up[[edit source]]

This listing-cum-gallery was quite messy with a lot of redundancy, so I'm in the process of cleaning it up. I'm also removing a few non-notable bits and pieces. 23skidoo 13:40, November 10, 2009 (UTC)

Individual issue pages?[[edit source]]

I was wondering if that would be something that we're open to? Getting the exact issue numbers is incredibly easy to do now thanks to the BBC's official archive. WaltK 13:47, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
