Appearances of the Eighth and War Doctors[[edit source]]
I do not believe they actually appear in this comic. They are images read by Arnora from the mind of the Ninth Doctor. They do not even do or say anything. Just static images, no different from a photograph hanging on the wall. I believe those were decided not to be appearances in an old thread I can find if needed.
