The Daft Dimension (DWM 485 comic story)

The Doctor tells Clara that, by Earth standards, it has been ten years since he returned from the Time War and met Rose Tyler. Clara reminds him that she already knows, due to going into his time stream, and says that she's going to bake him a cake, revealing a box of ten birthday candles. The Doctor ponders out loud, saying that in real terms, considering the time he spent on Trenzalore, it's been more like one thousand years. A fed-up Clara chucks the candles away, saying she will make a soufflé instead.

This instalment coincides with the ten-year anniversary of the BBC Wales series, and Doctor Who Magazine's celebration of said anniversary.

The Doctor's TARDIS has been returned to the orange-hexagons look debuted in COMIC: The Daft Dimension 478, after COMIC: The Daft Dimension 482 used a blue-hexagons designed instead.
The Doctor recalls "returning from the Time War and meeting Rose Tyler" in a prior incarnation, matching the life of the N-Space Ninth Doctor as depicted in TV: Rose onwards.
He also recalls "the time he spent on Trenzalore", matching the end of the N-Space Eleventh Doctor's life in TV: The Time of the Doctor.
Clara Oswald reminds the Doctor that "[she's] been inside [his] time stream", which occurred to the N-Space Clara in TV: The Name of the Doctor.
