Tickle Town was an amusement park created by cartoonist Tobias Tickle.
Wanting to protect people from the problems of the world, he made an energy barrier around the park to trap the patrons inside. Twenty years later, there were still survivors. After Tickle was killed, the Eleventh Doctor was able to deactivate the barrier and free everyone inside. (COMIC: Welcome to Tickle Town)
