Tulley was one of the regular army drafted in by Ian Gilmore on Toby Kinsella's orders to combat the Movellans. (AUDIO: The Movellan Manoeuvre) He was part of the guard on the Movellan factory. He got caught up in the Dalek attack. He told Rachel Jensen and Toby Kinsella what happened to Allison Williams and Ian Gilmore in the attack. (AUDIO: The Dalek Gambit)
