Doctor Who doesn't have a canon. All the prominent showrunners and writers agree.
However... there have been some aberrations where media has been called canonical. This list means to compile them all, however if a fan were to actually only consider these works to be canonical, they'd be missing the trick. This list, therefore, seeks to show how if Doctor Who did have a canon, it would be stupid.
Just have fun with Doctor Who, reject the 21st century ideas ingrained in your gooey brain by the fandom, and have fun. That's what it's all about, in the end; have fun.

---|---|---|---|---|---|
Mindwarp/Sil | TV | Doctor Who | Philip Martin | 4 October 1986 | "Both Nathan-Turner and Saward were keen that this story still include Sil, who they felt had been a very successful addition to Doctor Who's canon."[1] |
Big Finish Productions's Doctor Who stories | Audio | N/A | Various | 1999+ | "As far as the BBC is concerned, these new stories are seen as part of the official Doctor Who canon."[2] |
Time Crash | TV | Children in Need | Steven Moffat | 16 November 2007 | DWM: "Is it canon?" SM: "Oh. [Laughs] Yes, absolutely. Time Crash empatically happens within the... well, people can make up their own minds about what's canon, but it's intended by us to actually happen... unless if you don't want it to."[3][4] |
The Adventure Games | Game | N/A | Phil Ford, James Moran | 5 June 2010 | "Players will encounter new and original monsters, in stories which form part of the overall Doctor Who canon."[5] |
Infinity | N/A | Various | 8 August 2018 | "The first is to have gaming-led content. Doctor Who Infinity would fit into that category. So it’s taking content from our major brands and delivering gaming experiences that actually form part of the canon."[6] | |
The Timeless Children | TV | Doctor Who Series 12 | Chris Chibnall | 1 March 2020 | RTD: "Let’s stare that question right in the eye. I’m not going to unwrite my good friend Chris Chibnall’s work on ‘The Timeless Children’. I’m not going to deny what he wrote. I’m going with it. It’s absolutely fine. It’s canon, it happened. It was transmitted. You cannot unwrite things, that would be absolutely rude to a great colleague and a lovely friend."[7] |

Back to the Future | Glen Ballard (lyrics) Bob Gale & Robert Zemeckis |

"Morbius" Doctors | N/A | N/A | Created by "Robin Bland" | 3 January 1976 | Chris Chibnall: "I most recently emailed [Philip Hinchcliffe] to explain that we had canonised him, and others, as the Doctor in The Timeless Children," "It wasn't driven by canonising Philip, but that was a nice grace note."[12] |
