Page creationsedit source
Hi please see the changes I made at First Doctor (Unbound Universe) and Second Doctor (Unbound Universe). There were many policy violations in your page creations, including but not limited to:
Thanks Shambala108 ☎ 23:34, 7 July 2022 (UTC)
Hi, please don't create any more pages on this wiki until you have a lot more editing experience. Your recent spate of created pages violates many of the policies I cited a month ago, as well as several others, and now others will have to clean up after your work. Thanks Shambala108 ☎ 01:57, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
- Hi PepsiMagnet, please see these changes for an illustration of how formatting works on this wiki. In particular,
- most character pages don't need most fields from Infobox Individual
- in citations, we always use prefixes like PROSE or AUDIO and italicise story titles: (AUDIO: He Jests at Scars...), not (He Jests at Scars... (audio story))
- we use == Equal signs ==, not bold, to create headings
- we never do sneaky links like the Time Lords. What you see should be what you get!
- Hope this helps, and let me know if you have any further questions! – n8 (☎) 18:02, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
- Just to chime in on this particular subject, as a non-admin, I know your recent page creations are coming from the right place, but you still need more experience. You don't fully understand how we name our pages, and you're creating pages that, at present, are subsumed under other pages. Again, I can tell you're trying to be helpful, but please try to edit pages and observe how other users create pages some more first. Najawin ☎ 07:50, 8 November 2022 (UTC)
Official warningedit source
Hi when I told you above not to create any more pages for now, I wasn't doing it just out of boredom. It's an official request from an admin that you ignored.
Some of us on the wiki are discussing which of your created pages should exist and which shouldn't, so you shouldn't create any more for now; more importantly, until you learn how to properly create a page without so many errors, you will confine yourself to just editing. Thanks Shambala108 ☎ 23:47, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
Talk pagesedit source
Hi PepsiMagnet, I had to revert Special:Diff/3308697 since it broke the template. If you want to ask editors for help, I recommend writing on their user talk pages (like this one) or the talk pages for the pages you want to be created (in this case, Talk:Narvin (The Warrior's universe)). Leaving commentary in edit summaries doesn't leave people a place to respond. – n8 (☎) 21:03, 12 August 2022 (UTC)
On your new pageedit source
Hello PepsiMagnet, In recent changes I saw you created the page PepsiMagnet Discontinuity Page: Why doesn’t Donna know about the other invasions of Earth? Shambala108, this is a theory or talk page, not an official article. I wanted to let you know:
While these types of pages are allowed, they shouldn't be in the main namespace. You should either use a page in the Theory namespace (see Theory:Index), Howling (Howling:The Howling) or on your own user subpage (that would be User:PepsiMagnet/whatever you want to call the page, see T:USER PAGE and its related guidelines). Otherwise, the wiki will treat the page like it is a normal page on the wiki, when that's only for factual documentation. Hope this helps you! Chubby Potato ☎ 05:55, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
- You can move a page by clicking the three dots at the top next to the edit button and choosing "Move". In this case you will want uncheck "leave a redirect behind", and for this one make sure it starts with Howling: or User:. However, you should know that moving pages usually isn't done without discussion and is usually done by an admin except to fix small mistakes, like a spelling error or in this case creating a page in the wrong namespace (the name before the colon). Your page ended up in the Main namespace because "PespiMagnet Discontinuity Page" isn't a namespace coded into the wiki like "User", "File", "Talk", "Theory", "Howling", etc. Chubby Potato ☎ 06:34, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
Questionsedit source
Hi let me see if I can answer all your questions.
- Redlinks (see Tardis:Redlinks): please do not remove redlinks from articles. They are not bad; they are future pages. If you see or make a redlink, you do not have to create it if you don't know the story involved (in fact, if you don't know the story, you shouldn't make the page). There is no need to ask anyone else, either generally or specifically, to create the page. It will get created when someone who has the time, desire and knowledge to make it decides to. As long as you don't undo the redlinks, there's nothing else you have to do. And if you don't know much about the subject, creating a mostly empty page is not a good idea.
- Theory pages: you cannot make theory pages on the main namespace which is where we create most of our articles. The only place you can post theories is in the theory namespace, which you can find by looking at the toolbar at the top of every page, hover over "Tardis Community", and continue to theories. There you will see all the theory pages we have and you can add to them.
- Theory pages you already made: those pages will be deleted, but I will keep them up for a couple of days if you want to copy/paste the information to the theory namespace.
- Please do not ask me or any other user to add information or images to articles. None of us know everything about Doctor Who, and it does no good to ask someone to do something that they might not have information for. Things will get done when they get done, though not as fast as some people might wish.
- Sandbox: anyone can make a sandbox article. It just has to be correctly formatted. User:Chubby Potato told you how to do that above. However, please do not do as he suggests and move your theory page; you won't be able to delete the redirect. Instead, just create the new page and copy\paste your info there.
- Please learn how to sign your name on talk pages. You must type four tildes, like this: ~~~~ This will create a link to both your user page and your talk page, along with the date and time you signed.
I think that's all. Shambala108 ☎ 23:55, 16 August 2022 (UTC)
A (late) welcome and Alternate Individuals pageedit source
Hey Pepsi, please let me start this message with an apology, and a general "welcome" message. As one of the admins who course-corrected (more than) a couple of your edits, it's very much my fault that I haven't reached out to you sooner; for that, I can only apologize. A message like this can ease one's mind when we arrive on a new space, and I'm again very sorry I didn't get round to it before.
I see you have a great interest in making pages for alternate timeline/parallel universe individuals, and I love it! I just hope over the next few messages we share I can assist you in tinkering them to improve the articles you edit even further. For one further ease of mind: none of your edits have been lost! For example, though The Master (Exile) appears as "deleted", it was simply integrated back at the general The Master page (same for all other pages I ""deleted"").
Anyway, I don't want to "scare" you with a big message, so I'll stop here, until such a time you reply me. I truly hope this can be a start of a great editing partnership. For now: how are you? :) OncomingStorm12th ☎ 23:33, 31 August 2022 (UTC)
Sandboxedit source
Hiya @PepsiMagnet! I saw you sandbox proposal for content warnings. I have moved it into the user namespace, as I feel it is something best stored there — and being in your user namespace won't have any reason to be deleted — and you can add more to this proposal.
The idea of content warnings has been proposed before, and @Bongolium500 has made draft templates to that effect: and . I am sure your opinions can help us form content triggers in the future, and I believe you can make a difference. Just hold in there until the Forums — or a substitute — are implemented.

The Warrior's Universeedit source
Just a heads up, there's an ongoing discussion at Talk:Dust Devil (audio story) as to how to handle that continuity. Until that's resolved those pages shouldn't be made. Perfectly understandable mistake though. Najawin ☎ 07:25, 8 November 2022 (UTC)
"Please Don't Message Me"edit source
The entire point of people having a talk page is so others can contact them about their edits. It's a normal part of the wiki for people to contact you on your talk page. You can't ask people not to do it concerning your edits. As for Clara's splinters vs Peri, if you look at Talk:Clara Oswald, that was a specific decision for Clara made on her talk page. No such decision has been made for Peri, and if you want to have that discussion, the proper place to do so is Talk:Peri Brown. Look. I know your heart is in the right place. But you very much do not understand how we create articles or how our category system works. Unofficially, as another user, please stop messing around with these things for now. Najawin ☎ 18:33, 8 November 2022 (UTC)
- Once again, please do not create new categories. You still do not understand how our categories work. If you wish to contribute to our unofficial coverage of "thinly veiled versions of characters", let me point you in the direction of User:NateBumber/Sandbox/3 (which already includes the examples you chose [talk to Nate before editing his sandbox, of course]). Najawin ☎ 22:24, 30 November 2022 (UTC)
Signatureedit source
I just wanted to remind you that instead of typing it out, you can end a message with your signature and the time using four tildes, like this: ~~~~
It will automatically convert once you submit the edit. Chubby Potato ☎ 01:07, 9 November 2022 (UTC)
Unbound Masteredit source
Hello. I've reverted your recent edits to Unbound Master as it wasn't written in past tense and your source was "AUDIO: Parliament". As far as I'm aware, there's no such story. Jack "BtR" Saxon ☎ 20:21, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
