In 210 BC, the Second Doctor was taken to the city by Fu Su. Victoria and Jamie followed, aided by Xiao Fen and Guan, who secretly wanted to kill the emperor. Chancellor Li Si, meanwhile, had a plan to steal the Doctor's TARDIS, which he attempted to do by letting them escape the city and following them to the mountain it was parked on. In 1865, the First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright and Vicki Pallister and allies battled a resurrected Qin Shi Huang (curtesy of the Mandragora Helix) in the mausoleum. By this time the city was known as Xi'an. (PROSE: The Eleventh Tiger [+]Loading...["The Eleventh Tiger (novel)"])
