The Ydarians originated in The Lords of Destiny, one of the interactive novels of FASA's The Doctor Who Role Playing Game, which is not considered a valid source on this Wiki. The book was principally set on the Destiny of Ydar, an Ydarian world-ship where the species had taken refuge after fleeing their planet, and also included a complete history of the species. Its use was licensed from William H. Keith, Jr. for The Bloodletters.
