The Luna University was active on the Moon circa 5123. River Song studied archaeology there in search of 'a good man'. Professor Candy worked there. (DW: Let's Kill Hitler) Eventually, the Luna University granted River Song a doctorate in archaeology. The University was infiltrated by two of the Silence, Kovarian, and two members of the Church to re-kidnap River Song and use her as their patsy for killing the Eleventh Doctor. (DW: Closing Time)
