Debbie Chazen portrayed Titanic passenger Foon Van Hoff in the Doctor Who story Voyage of the Damned. The BBC previously tried to get hold of her to play a Slitheen in The Sarah Jane Adventures episode Revenge of the Slitheen but did not take the role, declaring she would rather be in Doctor Who.
Shortly after her role in Doctor Who, she narrated the audiobook version of the BBC novel Wishing Well. She later narrated the audiobooks of Shining Darkness amd The Slitheen Excursion.
