This Waitress worked at a cafe where Vincent van Gogh frequently went. When the Eleventh Doctor saw him thrown out of the cafe, she told van Gogh was "Mad, drunk and never paid the bills". When the Doctor said his paintings were good, she and the other waitress laughed at him. (DW: Vincent and the Doctor)
