Frank Hartley was the son of Mr Hartley and the brother of Yvonne Hartley, he wished to be called up but he wasn't. After he saw the truth of what happened to his sister and those who are called up, he helped The Doctor and Nyssa destroy the Cybermen. (BFA:Spare Parts)
