Jalkis was a Suroban who captured the crew of the Seamancer.
History
Jalkis helped to capture the crew of the Seamancer. Unlike the other Surobans , Jalkis tried to stop the execution of the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones and tried to help them return to Earth . Jalkis secretly worked with the Doctor , but Kook , an angry crew member, made a bargain with King Alalal . This deal would eventually lead to the battle against Jalkis and the Surobans . Later, the Doctor persuaded the Surobans to live like Jalkis and help him recover from the attack that was made by King Alalal. (DWA: Shipwreck!)
