Tardis:Copyright tags
Following are tags which should be added to the description pages of images uploaded to the TARDIS Index File, per the community's image use policy. To add a tag, simply copy and paste the words in double brackets, together with the brackets themselves, and paste onto the image description page you are editing.
Images from the Doctor Who Image Archive
{{DWIA}} - Use this tag when uploading images taken from the Doctor Who Image Archive website. It should look like this: Template:DWIA
Screenshots from TV Episodes or Movies
{{screenshot}} - Use this tag when uploading images that are screenshots (or screengrabs) taken from broadcast episodes or movies of Doctor Who. It should look like this:
This image is a screenshot of a television programme, movie, video game, web broadcast or DVD feature over which the BBC have some level of ownership. It should therefore be considered the BBC's intellectual property, likely as administered by BBC Worldwide. Other parties may enjoy intellectual property rights over this image, as well.
It is believed that the use of this image on the Tardis Wiki, qualifies as fair dealing under the laws of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and as fair use under United States copyright law. Other use of this image elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.
