Parliament of the Daleks
The Parliament of the Daleks was a large spaceship used by the Daleks as their parliament. The Parliament consisted of an immense number of Daleks headed by their Prime Minister. (DW: Asylum of the Daleks)
History
The Prime Minister ordered the abduction of the Doctor and his companions Amy Pond and Rory Williams bringing them to the Parliament of the Daleks and giving them a mission to lower the indestructible Force field of The Dalek Asylum. Once this had been achieved by the gorgeous, Human-turned Dalek, Oswin Oswald, the Parliament launched an attack to destroy the Asylum. Oswin had erased the Doctor from the memory of all members of the Parliament, leaving them confused when the Doctor returned. (DW: Asylum of the Daleks)
This is presumably the successor or another name for the Dalek Council.
