1699 was the year the Eleventh Doctor, Amy and Rory landed on the Fancy, then under the command of Henry Avery. Together, they followed a trail of clues left behind by a ghostly female figure which led them all into another dimension. During this encounter, Rory and Avery's son, Toby, nearly died.
