Karfelon

An intelligent humanoid race native to Karfel, a planet visited by the Third Doctor and Jo Grant in an unrecorded adventure, and by the Sixth Doctor, Perpugilliam Brown, and a young H.G. Wells in Timelash. They share the planet with large lizards called Morloxes, and have a relationship with a nearby species known as the Bandril which is sometimes friendly and sometimes warlike. During the time of Timelash, the Karfelons were ruled by a secretive, despotic being known as the Borad, who was actually a scientist named Megelen who had become physically fused with a Morlox during an unethical experiment with the chemical Mustakozene-80. Karfel is also the location of one endpoint of the Timelash, a time-space corridor connecting the planet with Earth in 1179 Scotland.
