Did he also puppet the Mara in Snakedance? There's a Barry Smith (13 August 1930-28 August 1989), a puppeteer who was renowned for his Theatre of Puppets and I wonder if it could be him. I've seen him described as an "artist and actor". Also, I've heard there was a Barry Smith who worked uncredited on the Spider puppets for Planet of the Spiders. Can anyone confirm?
