Wally K Daly

Wally K Daly (born 13 November 1940) is an English television and radio writer. In 1985, he submitted a script for Doctor Who entitled The Ultimate Evil, but it was never produced. In 1989, he wrote the novelisation of his script, which was published by Target Books.
