Abzorbalovian
No connection is made between Victor Kennedy (the "Abzorbaloff") and the Abzorbalovian Rebels in Monster Files. The webcast's family tree mentions the planet Clom via the "Clom Colonists", but it's on a completely different branch to the Rebels to make anything conclusive.

"Abzorbalovian" was a name ascribed by Captain Jack Harkness to the race that came from the planet Clom. (WC: Captain Jack's Monster Files) He likely assigned them the name based upon information gleaned from Elton Pope and/or the Tenth Doctor about an incident in which the Doctor gave an individual of the race the name "Abzorbaloff" (TV: Love & Monsters)
Biology
External features
Abzorbalovians shared several features of Raxacoricofallapatorians such as yellowish-green skin (with a tint of beige), surprising speed, three digits on hands and feet and a tail. They have normal humanoid eye colours, rather than the pure-black eyes of their cousins. They had purplish warts about their bodies. BUT one thing that truly seperate them from Raxacoricofallapatorian is that have more of a human head with pointed ears and folds of skin on their cheeks. (TV: Love & Monsters)
Technology
Abzorbalovians presumably used some sort of spaceship as the "Abzorbaloff" was able to travel to Earth. The "Abzorbaloff" used a limitation field to control his absorption abilities. He also used some sort of technology (possibly a shimmer) to appear human. (TV: Love & Monsters)

Some Abzorbalovians were xenophobic and despised Raxacoricofallapatorians. (TV: Love & Monsters)
Occasionally, Abzorbalovians bred with Raxacoricofallapatorians. A subgroup known as the "Abzorbalovian Rebels" were descendants of the Raxacoricofallapatorian families, Chippeen and Fittereen. (WC: Captain Jack's Monster Files)
History
The Abzorbalovians were part of the four-world Raxas Alliance along with the Raxacoricofallapatorians and the people of Raxacoricovarlonpatorius and Clix. (TV: The Gift)
The Raxacoricofallapatorian Clom Colonists set up a colony on Clom. The Abzorbalovian Rebels were a notorius criminal organisation descended from the Raxacoricofallapatorian Huspick Degenerate. (WC: Captain Jack's Monster Files)
In early 2007 an Abzorbalovian Rebel came to Earth with the intention of finding the Tenth Doctor, absorbing him, gaining all his knowledge and experience and then taking his TARDIS. He tracked down LINDA, went to their meeting place and offered to help them find the Doctor. He took over the organisation. While LINDA worked to find the Doctor, he absorbed some of them, claiming they simply left the group. However Ursula Blake and Elton Pope discovered his true intentions. He then absorbed Ursula and tried to absorb Elton, but the Doctor and Rose Tyler found Elton and delayed the absorption. Before he could absorb Elton, the absorbed victims fought back and the Abzorbaloff died when Elton destroyed his limitation field. (TV: Love & Monsters)
It is unknown if all Abzorbalovians had absorption abilites or just the Abzorbalovian Rebels.
At some point, there was a Disneyland on Clom. Whether this indicates later human contact with the planet or the borrowing of the concept by the natives is unknown. (TV: The Girl Who Waited)
